I started this project because I’ve seen how much potential the coffee industry truly has. Over the years, I met so many talented baristas, creatives, and coffee lovers who deserved more support, more guidance, and more recognition. Coffee is a craft — a real craft — and the people who dedicate themselves to it deserve spaces that treat it that way.
After a decade in this industry, I’ve learned what elevates a barista and what holds them back. And I knew I wanted to build something that focused on the good: connection, mentorship, community, and a real respect for the skill behind the bar. Just like in fine dining, you grow through training, structure, and passion — and coffee deserves the same level of care.
That’s why I built this space. To bring back a culture where craft matters, where baristas have resources, and where passion is met with opportunity. I love this industry too much to walk away from it, and I know others feel the same. This is for every barista who wants to learn, grow, and be part of something that sees their value from day one.
