The Andean Bean is a green coffee importer connecting independent producers in Colombia and Peru with a global community of curious coffee lovers. As part of the workshop, we’ll also be diving into the Coffee Cherry Project; a hands-on educational initiative featuring interactive models that make it easier to understand coffee anatomy, fermentation, processing, and roasting.

Whether you’re new to specialty coffee or you’ve been in the industry for years, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the journey from cherry to cup.
